1. Fruit reception
Quality staff reviews fruit sent from the field entering the packing facility.
Fruit is washed / cleaned and waxed, passing on to the selection line.
Fruit is selected by size, color and appearance. In this part of the process the product suitable for sale to the public is separated from that to be discarded.
Packaging begins, according to each customer's orders. Different types of mesh / bag and box / tray are used.
Once the final product is approved by quality assurance personnel, it is loaded on trucks with controlled temperature and sent to destination.
6. Customer Reception
The client reviews and accepts the product.
